Adult Family Homes
Adult Family Homes provide 24/7 support to all of our members. The homes are in the Eau Claire community in a residental setting. Our homes are able to handle individuals with complex needs ranging from members that are cognitively lower functioning with behaviors to transitioning members on their own in the community. Each member has an individualized support plan to support their needs and goals.

Community Supported Living
Community Supported Living is a flexible service individualized to each member.
The goal of the service is to help provide members with everything they need to be property supported in the community.

They will receive house visits, medicine deliveries, mental health check-ins and any other assistance they may need in daily living.
